  • Name and email address when you contact us or create an account
  • Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
  • Documents you upload for processing
  • Communications you send us

  • Pages visited, time on site, and referral source (via Google Analytics)
  • IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Company and contact enrichment data (via Apollo.io website tracker)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the DocRouter service
  • To process documents you upload and return results to you
  • To send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
  • To improve the website and product based on usage patterns
  • To respond to sales inquiries and schedule demos
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your documents to train AI models.

  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest for stored documents. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Children's Privacy

DocRouter.AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date. For significant changes, we will notify account holders by email.
